What You’ll Do:

Want to be a part of a global dynamic team? We are currently undergoing a search for an experienced Quality Assurance Testing Associate Analyst, located in the Philippines. The Quality Assurance Testing Associate Analyst is a key part of the P&C Business Solutions team and will impact our global operation as part of a world class team of professionals. This is an excellent career opportunity for individuals with prior Information Technology testing and quality assurance experience who want to grow with a team of testers from the ground up.

You'll report to the Senior Manager, Human Capital Services.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

·Be a key player in the testing of full-life cycle ServiceNow project integrations including workflows

·Lead and manage software testing for P&C Global Services.

·Responsible for defining an overall test strategy specific to ServiceNow using accepted industry best practices

·Lead initiatives to implement test process improvement including advance test methods, test management system, automation and test metrics analysis

·Work and collaborate with project teams consisting of P&C Global Services staff and 3rd party vendors.

·Provide technical thought leadership while interacting closely with internal TTEC stakeholders and 3rd party vendors

·Provide consistent and frequent project status updates and project issues to assigned Project Manager.

·Provide mentoring and support to P&C Global Service members

What You Bring to the Role

·Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience

·1 year experience in software testing/quality assurance

·1 year experience managing a team or Project Management experience

·1 year knowledge of and experience with ServiceNow, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications

·1 year experience in developing and maintaining test scenarios from Use Cases

·1 year experience in functional, system, regression and performance testing

·1 year experience in the deployment and use of automated testing tools

·Extensive experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
