What You’ll be Doing
This role is required to hold a dedicated implementation and ongoing functional support throughout the Project. Responsible for project management and implementation (including IT) activities related to the terms of the SOW and expectations in the Operations Guide. This position must hold knowledge of all functional areas across the ramp. You will have the authority and understanding to engage and navigate the organization. This role must have the breadth and depth of understanding and engagement and needs to hold authority to hold functions accountable and avoid departmental silos.
This role is responsible for providing an ongoing weekly status and accountability report of work and value contribution to the client. This is required for all assigned and applicable months for this role.
The ongoing responsibility of this Implementation Manager Role is to run operational and administrative interference on “run the business” activities removing technical and logistical noise from Operations, conducting needed project management work and functional engagement, and supporting the Operations staff behind the scenes to keep them focused on the Consumer experience and Sales. This role will have the authority and influence to implement a change in accordance with client guidance and keep the Account Manager and Operations Manager abreast of changes and client requirements. This role will minimize any distraction from sales effectiveness on behalf of the Operations Managers and Supervisors. The client functions will engage with this role to enact changes.
You'll report to the Executive Director of Operations. You'll contribute to the success of the business and your team through your efforts on complex projects and ensuring your project teams are set for success.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Provide strategic guidance and functional responsibilities as you lead a project team
- Ensure project requirements and scope are clearly defined as you identify and support the deployment and achievement of department and corporate strategy and goals
- Communicate project progress to ensure quality deployment is completed on time and within budget
- Lead department enhancement plans and deploy new procedures among teams
- Partner with our teams, senior executive-level partners, and external clients to support the pursuit of new and expanding business opportunities through the deployment of strategy, planning, and design
- Other responsibilities such as facilitating meetings, leading multiple department-level procedure refinements, and more
- Dedicated Project Manager for client account
- Proactively find and resolve issues that could impact Operations.
- Be the single point of contact for project and technology implementation activities between TTEC and the Client.
- Partner with the TAM to oversee the installation of all Client systems and hardware.
- Identify operational needs and functionally align the requirements contained in the SOW and this Operations Guide.
- Create and maintain issues log, including tasks, task descriptions, actions, dates, and owners.
- Manage (or represent/engage/have authority) the cross-functional vendor teams
- Infrastructure, setup, and logistics.
- Prepare and provide TTEC representation on the weekly status calls.
- Assign tasks, allocate resources, and ensure each member of the project team completes required activities on schedule.
- Communicate weekly project status updates, issues, and risks.
- Requisition submission, interviews, and ensured timeliness in hiring
- Partnered with Account Manager to support Classroom SME management
- Attended all Client senior lead & OM performance meetings to discuss strategy, outcomes, escalations, and open items
- Back up for Account Manager
- Engage in vitals and other operational functions
What You Bring to the Role
- Sales management experience - driving sales performance, being able to create and provide tactical solutions to overcome performance and staffing objectives (This is key role Mar- Dec)
- Healthcare experience
- Ability to uptrain agents using Client Training
- Authority and autonomy in decision-making
- Excellent understanding and working knowledge of all applicable functions within the Vendors organization, including IT management, infrastructure, process, and system knowledge
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability and urgency to influence and negotiate action
- Subject matter expert within the functions of the Vendor
- Strong ability to represent progress of implementation and influence to represent these contracted Services
- Knowledge of site and overall TTEC infrastructure, systems, and organization. Additionally, this role must understand and drive the integration into Client systems.
- Knowledge of the various functional areas that impact the success of the implementation. (Example: Workforce, Training, Systems, IT, etc.)
- Attend each of the Client functional role training requirements or debrief with the Client functional owner to ensure knowledge and oversight transition is understood and supported between the Client and TTEC.
- Annually, at minimum, one (1) full day in Client specific location (excluding travel time).

The anticipated range is $65,000-$70,000. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
