What You’ll Do

Are you looking for a fast-paced role?Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working across multiple teams? You’ll be responsible for maximizing representatives’ effectiveness, ensuring representatives have a thorough knowledge of products & services, and providing positive customer experiences to the customer base.

You'll report to the Director of Learning & Development. We are looking for a customer-obsessed, driven, and creative individual to work with our team.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design, create, and deliver comprehensive training programs for existing sales team members, focusing on product knowledge, sales strategies, sales tools, and soft skills.
  
• Content Creation and Management: Produce and manage sales enablement content, including playbooks, training materials, and sales guides, ensuring that all content is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  
  
• Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
  
  
• Collaboration with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of strategies, messaging, and goals. Coordinate the creation of sales collateral and campaigns.
  
  
• Sales Support: Provide support to sales team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their individual and team targets, inclusive of supporting new logo deals and embedded base clients growth.
  
  
• Sales Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring they are fully equipped and prepared to start selling effectively from day one.

What You Bring to the Role

·2+ years experience in a training environmentmethods and procedures documentation and development

·Excellent presentation skills (oral and written), as well as the ability to motivate, teach and inspire staff

·Ability to develop training and methodology programs that are unique to the organization’s goals, values, and mission statement. Familiarity with Adult Learning Theory

·Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize
