What You’ll Do
Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving high-performing sales teams? As a Lead Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coaching, mentoring, and optimizing a team of Lead Development Representatives (LDRs) to generate and qualify leads, drive pipeline growth, and secure new business opportunities for TTEC’s solutions. Your expertise in B2B consultative sales, lead generation, and team leadership will be instrumental in building a successful sales development function.
You’ll report to the Executive Director of Marketing and work closely with senior leadership to shape the team’s strategy, drive performance, and achieve ambitious growth targets.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Lead Development Representatives to exceed sales and performance goals.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to optimize pipeline growth and conversion rates.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
- Provide coaching and training to enhance sales techniques, objection handling, and consultative selling skills.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless lead qualification process and pipeline management.
- Refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in prospecting, qualification, and follow-up strategies.
- Monitor individual and team KPIs, providing feedback, performance evaluations, and action plans for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market shifts, and competitive insights to adapt strategies accordingly.
What You Bring to the Role
- 5+ years of experience in a SaaS or B2B consultative sales environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or sales management role.
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of lead generation, sales funnel optimization, and account-based selling.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities, with a track record of motivating and mentoring teams to exceed targets.
- Experience working with international markets, with fluency in English (100%) for prospecting, communication, and negotiations.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), sales engagement platforms, and lead research tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment, adapting strategies to meet evolving business needs.
- Self-motivated, analytical, and results-driven, with a passion for sales growth and team success.
