What You’ll be Doing

Do you have a passion to train and guide others towards best practices? Ready to help people reach for amazing?  In this role, you’ll support and actively engage new hires and employees in a sales training environment. You’ll work to make sure each employee is set up for success in their journey by  transferring technical, functional, and behavioral knowledge to consistently improve seller results while owning and acting on invaluable learning, knowledge, and performance management activities in pursuit of greater seller success.

You'll report to the Senior Manager, Learning & Development. You'll contribute to the success of the business learners through facilitating training programs.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Onboard and develop confident, value-driven sellers and/or sales leaders.
  • Utilize the ADDIE, AGES, and Kirkpatrick Learning & Development models to support the development of TTEC new hire sales training programs or ongoing sales leadership programs.
  • Collaborate on and deliver TTEC or client product education with TTEC L&D, Operations, and Analytics leaders.
  • Coordinate and deliver ongoing education for sellers and/or sales leaders to improve areas of opportunities and reinforce prior-learned topics.
  • Maintain and organize sales training assets for continuing education and future business needs. 
  •  Address sales gaps to enhance ROI at the seller and/or sales leader level. 
  • Contribute to cross-departmental projects for improved sales quality, productivity, and wins.

What You Bring to the Role

  • 1-year minimum experience working in a sales training and/or employee development field with extensive knowledge of an inside sales or contact center sales organization.
  • Training and platform skills encompassing analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation,  reporting, and analysis skills
  • Sales performance evaluation, coaching, and counseling for improvement 
  • Sales systems and sales process skills 
  • Functional knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc. or Google Workspace including Docs, Sheets, Drive, Chat, Calendar, Meet, etc. 
  • Learning Management Systems and Sales Enablement tools and practices 
  • Blooms Taxonomy or other related action-oriented learning outcome tools
